Founder & Principal
Thomas is a technology and transformation leader with extensive experience guiding organizations through complex change. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Digital Business Transformation at Nestlé Purina, leading enterprise technology, data, and digital strategy across a global organization.
He has built enterprise platforms, modernized ERP and legacy systems, led global teams, and delivered high-impact programs at scale. Known for bringing clarity to complexity, Thomas advances critical initiatives with calm, steady leadership.
At Digital Foundry Collaborative, he serves as a fractional and interim CIO/CDO and trusted advisor during high-stakes moments of transformation.
BRIAN ZENK
Principal
Brian is a data, analytics, and technology leader with deep experience building enterprise-scale data platforms and operating models. He previously served as Vice President of Data Science at Nestlé Purina, leading the company’s enterprise data and analytics strategy.
He has built and scaled data platforms, governance frameworks, and analytics capabilities that drive decision-making across the business. Known for translating complex technical concepts into practical, business-aligned solutions, Brian builds trust through clarity, consistency, and execution.
